The Italian rotomoulding association IT-RO, Italia Rotazionale, was started in November 2013 by a large group of companies active in rotational moulding. Moulders, and suppliers of machinery, equipment, raw materials and accessories decided to form an association to promote rotomoulding and develop the technology.
IT-RO’s objectives are: to enhance rotomoulding knowledge in all its facets: raw materials, tooling, machinery, auxiliary equipment and complementary accessories; and to promote our technology to develop the market for rotomoulded products.
It also wants to encourage and support the forms of collaboration between the members.
The association represents all its members and provide them services such as the development of international contacts, collective participation in trade fairs, research and sector studies.
Last but certainly not least, the association collaborates with schools organizing courses on rotational molding, to train young people about this special technology that is still not very widespread but which has great potential.
